I am sorry I missed the first half of the show...I couldn't miss V and I dont' have a DVR. I enjoyed the second half alot and IMHO this show is much better than DWTS...I think the celeb aspect of DWTS turns me off alot except I did make an effort to catch Kristi Yamaguchi on YouTube the day after when she was on (Love her)....

The last three dances...Legacy and Kathryn doing "Fear" was captivating and Eleanor and Ryan doing the Tango was flawless IMO...I...

Well, kind of a meh show for me. Bugs me to say this, but I liked Mia's dance the most. Nigel was funny when he commented it hadn't gone on long enough. Tee hee.

I hope Brandon wins, but I don't think he will. Jeannine and Kayla are both deserving of a win, too. Kayla's a wonderful dancer, but I don't connect with her like I do Jeannine and Brandon. And no offense to Evan fans, but he should have left weeks ago.

Can I just say, OMG for beautiful bodies. I could watch Brandon dance every day. His body is an art form all its own. His solo deserved that standing-O that the judges gave him. I wanted to give him a standing-O from my couch!

Talk about saving the best for last...I was with Nigel on the snoozefest (although I woke up to stick my tongue out at Mia for her schoolboy-like reprimand to Brandon)...but then....yay!

Jeanine & Brandon's hip hop (I think?) was great.
Melissa & Ade had me crying almost from the get-go.
Jason & Kayla's zombie dance was also worth a rewatch.

Mia go home, except I do agree with her about Kayla being very suited for Broadway if she can sing...

Was it just me, or was there way too much packed into last night's show? 10 solos, 2 gender only dances, and 5 couples dances...too much to process for me. What stood out:

The girls Bollywood dance...loved it.
Evan's and Kayla's waltz - she was absolutely gorgeous and Evan was awesome with the lifts.

Janette and Brandon are really in this to win this! That Tango had me mezmorized! I wonder if the "English Muffin" ever gave a standing ovation to another couple.

I don't like Mia Michaels and I think the judges usually overpraise her, however, that addiction dance with Kupono and Kayla was just beautiful. I guess I have to give Mia credit, however, the dancers were just wonderful. Kupono's expression as well as his dancing made that dance what it was. It's too...

Wow ... I really enjoyed the show. Romeo and Juliet performance made me cry. Brandon and Janette seem to be on fire, w/ Ade and Melissa also sparking it up. I felt bad for the alien routine couple. I was surprised at Evan's performance too based on the style of the dance last night. Going away for about a week or so, so I will have to catch up later.

Last week everyone was really great! This week, we saw some flaws emerge. I like that the judges explain with visual, where the dancers may have messed up, because I didn't always see it. It's so much more realistic than a judge commenting on someone singing, which is subjective.

I didn't see what Evan and his cute little partner messed up on. Their Jive seemed pretty decent to me. I guess when the judges pointed out the problems with the dance, I could see it a little...

Wow! How do you cut? The only routine I disliked was Asuka/Partner. That wasn't because of the dancers, but I thought the routine was boring.

In addition, I thought Joshua/Katie's "Bollywood" routine was so much better choreographed and performed than last nights. (Names are going to escape me this early in the season).

I have never seen any "Step Up" movie, but can I say I want to see "Step Up 3-D", just to see Joshua, Katie and...

Wow, this show flies through auditions...I think it's because, unlike AI, it's on in the summer when there's not alot of other new programming to show, so Fox can make the air time. Whatever is the real scenario, I like it, because I like the actual dancing and glad it'll be starting next week.

I'm surprised no one started a topic this week.

On Tuesday, nothing changed my mind from previous weeks. My favorites were still my favorites.

I loved Twitch and Joshua's dance (Russian) but didn't particularly like Katie and Courtney's dance (Broadway). All of the other combinations worked for me.

I think almost all of them did outstanding last night. But there have to be winners and losers so I'll narrow my favorites down.

Twitchington: Love them. Great chemistry. I don't know much about hip-hop dancing, but I enjoyed the dance very much.

Courtney and Gev (Rhumba). Very sexy, and sensual. All their emotion is on their faces as well as in their bodies. Wonderful to look at.

Comfort and Chris (Jazz). They are probably going to be in the bottom 3....
