It's one of those shows that sits on my DVR and if I have time, I will watch. I like the show.

Last few weeks, there was a 2-parter episode and I was wondering if anyone else saw what I saw. I saw SPIN-OFF written all over it. Gibbs and McGee go to LA and work with a new crew to solve a murder. It stared Chris O'Donnell (Scent of a Woman), LL Cool J, Louis Lombard (was on CSI). The show had all kinds of new tech toys. Kings is a melodrama, nee Soap, that seems to take place in an alternate universe. It's loosely based on the story of King David, but played in modern times.

Last night's 2 hour premiere was heavy on backstory, so we can get to know the characters. It was good enough that it intrigued me to give it a few more watches.
